Sencha Tea Bags

One of the most commonly enjoyed teas in all of Japan, our Farm-direct Sencha Tea-bags are made exclusively from first-flush tea leaves.

Our tea farm in Uji, Japan hand-selects each leaf; they are quickly steamed, rolled, and then dried to produce this super nutritious Sencha! In fact, sencha is notable for vitamin C, high antioxidant catechin content, and overall wellness promoting properties.

Flavor is bright, just as is its rich, golden-green color. Sourced directly from the renowned tea-growing area of Uji, and produced from heirloom tea cultivars only once a year.

How to Brew

Each tea bag contains 3g of tea, and is intended to make an 8oz (~250ml) serving of green tea. To prepare Sencha tea bags, steep for ~60sec at a temperature range of 158-176F, OR try an overnight cold-brew!

Our mesh tea bags are made from a plant-based and food-safe material, and are 100% biodegradable.

Servings per Box and Nutrient Content

Each box contains 15 tea-bags, each with 3g of tea inside. Many people choose to use a tea-bag for multiple brews, each bag can be brewed as many times as fits your preference.
